During the last Fair Plast 2003 in the Exhibitor Center in Milan from the 6th to 10th May 2003, our company Tecnova Srl was present at the Hall 9/II – Stand nr. C 07. In this occasion Tecnova has shown the new plant type E160/54D – FTTC DOUBLE DEGASSING, complete with the force feeding, suitable to recycle LDPE/HDPE/PP film, that’s represent the last news in the Tecnova range of production. The project building technique and the Tecnova experience to realize the more important components have permitted to obtain a plant suitable to process material very printed and contaminate with high perceptual of humidity, which until now has not simple and economic process.

In the splendid and futuristic contest of the new Exhibition Center in Milan, Tecnova has present in a double level space of 350 sq. some of the recycling lines more important into its own range of production. As good representation of the Tecnova quality level and to confirm its leadership in the recycling field, there was showed a line type E160/54D – FTTC Double Degassing with the new horizontal die face cutter, for a Spanish customer. Concerning instead the medium capacity lines Tecnova had showed a line type E90/36D – FTTC with single degassing, sold in Italy. Also in the Tecnova stand it was showed a line type MINI60, the complete model for LDPE, HDPE and PP film recycling, with the smaller capacity into the Tecnova range, sold in Mexico.

On this occasion Tecnova will exhibit the new plant Mod. E128/42D DOUBLE SCREW Triple vented, complete from forced feeding up to the die-face cutter, for the recycling of film and heavy ground materials of LDPE/HDPE/PP. Thanks to the experience level reached on the field as well as to the high technological value of its R&D and Technical departments, Tecnova has started the production of this double screw line that can optimize the electrical consumptions (and therefore decrease the production costs) achieving an output quite over 1.000 kg/h. Moreover, just for the above mentioned characteristics, the types of materials that can be processed by this new line widely go over the previous limits, quite over the 70% of print percentage and 7% of moisture percentage. So, you have only to come and see and appreciate this absolute innovation!!
